Questions The things clinics ask us first.
When does the directory open to patients? Spring 2027, once 300 clinics have verified profiles. Early adopters get two weeks to review their page before it is public.
Do I pay per lead? No. Every plan, including free, has a $0 per-lead fee. The monthly price is the whole price.
Will paying move me up the rankings? No. Paid placement appears in a labelled Featured slot. The ranked list is ordered on completeness, verification, reply time and reviews.
Who gets the patient’s details? Only the clinic the patient chose. We do not resell requests, and we do not contact patients on your behalf.
What if I already list on other directories? That is fine, and we do not ask for exclusivity. Import your treatments and hours and keep both live.
Can I cancel mid-year with the discount? Yes, month to month from the dashboard. Your listing drops to the free tier and stays live.
